As of January 2024, Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland entered its 11^th year of operations. Post COVID-19 pandemic impact is less but still to be felt in society. A lot of uncertainties stayed partly with us whilst a global crisis unfolded. Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland continued to acquire dental clinics and invest in getting new locations ready for opening in the Benelux region to service high quality dentistry.

A horizontal organizational structure with dynamic interaction in between the different fields of management’s and staff’s expertise, alongside creating an engaging and motivating corporate culture has proven still to be the correct methods in realizing growth.

In 2023 the group has realized a single digit growth in revenues. Management and shareholders are confident in a further roll-out of the chosen strategy with a combined focus on start-ups and acquisitions.

Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland opens its new dental clinic Tandartsenpraktijk De Sluis in Maassluis on January 2^nd 2024. The dental clinic is located in the newly built Medical Center de Dijk, which houses in also other medical professionals such as medical doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists and others. Dentist P. Binnendijk’s dental clinic which was located closeby has been acquired and moved to the new premises. Dentist Binnendijk is continuing his career at Tandartsenpraktijk De Sluis.

Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland continues to invest in getting new locations ready for opening in the Benelux region to service high quality dentistry, not merely by realizing brand new start-ups but also by acquisition of operating dental clinics.

Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland celebrated its 10^th year anniversary on November 4^th 2023. In this decade the group has done over 15 start-ups and acquisitions of dental clinics, which are today operating stand alone, merged, or still under construction. The management is conviced that the further growth strategy is still viable.

Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland’s foundation lies in investments in dental healthcare. Currently, the group is geographically focused on the Netherlands and demographically on diversity. Expansion into the Belgian and German markets is under consideration. The roots of the group’s international approach lie in the diversity of Rotterdam. This has led to a multi-lingual approach consisting of over 18 languages spoken by medical staff. The group’s dental healthcare clinics are open throughout the year, including weekends and evening hours. The accessibility and environment of the dental healthcare clinics is created in a manner that is friendly to children, the elderly and those who are functionally limited. Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland openend its new dental clinic Tandartsenpraktijk Liendert in Amersfoort on October 1^st 2023, which is the first dental clinic of the group in the province of Utrecht. The new dental clinic is located in Healthcare Center Liendert, which houses in also other medical professionals such as medical doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists and psychologists.
