Tandheelkunde Groep Nederland takes importance in the education and training of students and (future) staff members. Over the past few years, the group has developed programs that allow the growth of students through experience as well as providing career advancement. These programs meet the requirements put forth by the respective educational institutions of the students.

Besides providing opportunities in the medical areas, the group provides business development, finance, and marketing internship opportunities in its headquarters. Upon completion of their programs, interns who have shown a positive work ethic and are highly motivated are offered positions within the group.

Bachelor students interning at the headquarters have moved on to reputable educational institutions for their masters such as Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Oxford University, London School of Economics (LSE) and Bocconi University.

Nils Jaranovs

As my first internship experience, I have been given great opportunities to apply the knowledge from my bachelor studies into the real world. Together with international and Dutch colleagues and with the CEO, Mr. Keles, I have been able to gain vital insights into private equity and the medical industry, as well as improve my interpersonal and professional skills. I am very grateful to have been a part of this organization, helping kick-start my professional life.

Arthur van Roest

During my six month internship, I got the opportunity to work on deals in the healthcare and real estate industry. During this period I learned a lot about market research and valuation as well as operations and management of our portfolio companies. We worked in a team of professionals from a diverse international background offering unique perspectives on business challenges. Working with Mr. Keles and his team was a real privilege and taught me a lot.
